Privacy Policy
Last updated March 8, 2026
This privacy policy describes the baseline data practices for Frost while the product is still hardening. It is intended to be accurate to the current stack shape and can be revised as the service expands.
What Frost Collects
Frost may collect account details, product usage events, support communications, device information, and content needed to operate the service.
Because Frost uses separate local, staging, and production environments, data collected in one environment may be processed separately from another.
- Basic account and authentication data
- Operational logs and request metadata
- Product analytics events used to understand feature usage
How Information Is Used
We use collected information to operate Frost, secure the service, debug issues, improve the product, and understand how people use major workflows.
Analytics and operational tooling may be used to compare staging and production behavior so the public product remains stable.
Infrastructure Providers
Frost currently relies on hosted infrastructure and service providers, including Cloudflare for web delivery, Supabase for backend capabilities, and PostHog for analytics.
Those providers may process data on our behalf according to their own service terms and privacy commitments.
Retention And Security
Frost keeps information only as long as reasonably necessary for product operation, security, legal compliance, and support.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to limit unauthorized access, but no internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your use of Frost where applicable.
If Frost introduces additional consumer settings, export flows, or region-specific controls, this policy will be updated to reflect them.
