These terms govern access to Frost and the related web and native surfaces. Frost is still evolving, so the service may change quickly while the product and infrastructure harden.
Using Frost
You may use Frost only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. Access may depend on account approval, staged rollouts, and service availability.
Some features may be limited, removed, or changed between local, staging, and production environments as the product matures.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Frost to break the law, interfere with the service, abuse shared infrastructure, or access data that you do not have permission to use.
- No unauthorized access attempts
- No disruption of staging or production services
- No misuse of automated workflows or generated output
Pre-Release Nature Of The Service
Frost may still include experimental features, incomplete workflows, or environment-specific limitations. We may update or suspend parts of the service without prior notice when necessary.
Feedback, bug reports, and product suggestions may be used to improve Frost without any obligation to compensate you.
Third-Party Services
Frost may rely on third-party platforms and infrastructure providers. Availability, performance, or data handling may be affected by those services.
We are not responsible for independent products or services that Frost links to or depends on outside our direct control.
Disclaimers And Liability
Frost is provided on an as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Frost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
