We are not responsible for independent products or services that Frost links to or depends on outside our direct control.
Frost is provided on an as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Frost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
